iPulse & Yamaha Splicing Tapes
Again, the most popular splicing tape that we sell for iPulse & Yamaha chip mounting equipment is the 8mm FC8A pictured to the right hand side of this text.
Like all our splicing tapes, FC8A is self-adhesive and comes in convenient, pre-cut lengths. The built-in alignment guide means precise pitch spacing and no hand tooling or metal splicing plates are required to make a strong and reliable splice.
Tape splicing enables replenishment of SMT components whilst the chip mounter is still in full operation, thus greatly improving the uptime of the placement system.
